You acknowledge that you and your party's use of our services involve inherent risks of injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party's participation is entirely voluntary and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by ZJN Luxury Picnics & Decor, You and your party, along with your respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against ZJN Luxury Picnics & Décor and its employees for personal injury, illness, death, and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in our events or using our services. If you or your party should require medical attention while using our services or participating in one of our events you and your party also agree to be financially responsible for the costs of that treatment. Please follow the city laws on alcohol/drug use in public spaces or parks. You and your party agree to all terms and conditions Prior upon booking/paying for the picnic.
